ISCHIA BIANCOLELLA DOC, TENUTA FRASSITELLI
D'Ambra Vini d'Ischia S.r.l.
Frassitelli estate (Pietra Martone and Tifeo) owned by D'Ambra Vini. The vineyard is in strong slope with south/south-west exposure. In the vineyard is installed a rack train in order to facilitate the viticultural works. The cultivation of vine is allowed thanks to the so called "parracine" - dry stone walls - made of green tuff stones placed one upon the other.
Volcanic soil of medium texture, rich in potassium. Characteristic green color due to the presence of the typical green tuff. Presence of ziolites in depth able to absorb rainwater, then used by the vine in periods of low rainfall.
